18+ Age Requirement
PrettyFootsie is strictly for adults 18 and older. All creators must complete identity and age verification before posting. Minors are never permitted, and accounts suspected of being underage are removed immediately.
Content Guidelines
Content must be foot-focused and tasteful. No nudity, sexual acts, stolen images, unverified faces, or content depicting anyone under 18. All posts are reviewed by moderators before going live, and violations lead to removal and account termination.
Tokens & Payments
Pretty Toes Tokens are a virtual currency used to unlock premium photos and gift creators. Tokens have no cash value until a creator requests a payout. Creators earn a percentage of each unlock and gift; the platform retains the rest. Payouts are processed to verified creators only.
Privacy & Verification
Identity documents and selfies are stored privately and used only for age and identity verification. They are never shared publicly. Your contact details and transaction history are visible only to you and platform admins.
Account Safety
Harassment, impersonation, sharing others’ content without permission, or attempting to manipulate the token economy results in immediate suspension. Report any post or profile from its card and our team will review it.
Reporting & Enforcement
Use the Report button on any post or profile to flag violations. Our moderators review every report. Repeat offenders are permanently banned. Decisions by the moderation team are final.
Payout & pricing policy
PrettyFootsie may modify token prices, creator payout rates, platform fees and minimum payout requirements. Any changes will be communicated before taking effect and will apply prospectively. Previously earned creator balances will retain the payout value applicable when those tokens were earned.

Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and any profile information you choose to provide (display name, bio, tagline, foot attributes and preferences).
Content You Create
Posts, photos, captions, comments, live stream messages, and contest entries you share on the platform, including any images or text content.
Verification Data
To confirm you are 18 or older, creators submit a legal name, date of birth, a photo of a government ID, and a selfie. This data is stored privately and used only for age and identity verification — it is never shared publicly.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the PrettyFootsie platform
- Enable you to connect with other members in the community
- Show you relevant content and foot models matching your preferences
- Send you notifications about activity on your content
- Process token purchases, unlocks, gifts, and creator payouts
- Improve our services and develop new features
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
Information Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal information.
Public Information: Content you post (photos, captions, comments, contest entries) is visible to other members. Your display name and profile information you choose to share are also public.
Service Providers: We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, analytics, etc.).
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
Your Rights & Choices
- Access & Update: You can view and edit your profile information anytime
- Delete Content: You can delete your posts and contributions
- Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account from your profile page
- Data Export: Request a copy of your data by contacting us
International Users
PrettyFootsie is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our platform, you consent to this transfer.
